Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha. Meet your safari guide and transfer to a mid-range lodge or hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for large elephant herds, baobabs, and rich wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive and overnight in a mid-range lodge or tented camp near Tarangire/Karatu.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

Morning transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Spot tree-climbing lions, flamingos, hippos, and monkeys in the lush groundwater forest. Overnight at a mid-range lodge in Karatu.

Day 4: Karatu – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro highlands to Serengeti National Park. Afternoon game drive in the central Serengeti (Seronera), famous for predators and seasonal migration. Overnight in a mid-range Serengeti tented camp.

Day 5: Full Day Serengeti National Park

Spend the whole day exploring Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Spot wildebeests, zebras, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and elephants. Dinner and overnight at the same Serengeti lodge/camp.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early morning game drive in Serengeti, then proceed toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional) before reaching the crater rim for overnight at a mid-range lodge/camp.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive across the floor of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Spot lions, buffalo, rhinos, and flamingos. After lunch, drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for departure.
